Position Summary: To handle all incoming calls and guests in a pleasant, courteous manner and to assist in the day-to-day clerical and personnel functions of the office of Careers Industries, Inc. according to the mission, goals, and policies established by the Careers Board of Directors.
Professional Skills and Abilities: Ability to accurately process telephone calls and visitors in a pleasant, courteous manner. Proven customer service skills. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Organizational skills. Flexibility. Ability to respectfully interact with business people, as well as participants, staff and the general public. Proficiency in data entry, grammar and spelling. Ability to maintain an accurate, proficient filing system. Excellent attention to detail. Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
Education & Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous reception and clerical experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
